Remote Coaching 45min.

Remote sessions take place via online video call and can take a variety of forms depending on your needs and path to healing, including:  yoga instruction, corrective exercise coaching, self treatment instruction, training for manual therapists and movement therapists etc.  My goal is to understand and provide education to you regarding the sources of your (or your client's) pain and/or movement dysfunction and coach you in implementing focused and efficient solutions.

1:1 In-Person Sessions

CTB In-Person Session - 120 minutes

The goal of this session is to identify the sources of the pain and/or movement problem, the contributing and perpetuating factors, and to provide significant relief through CTB bodywork. Active and passive range of motion assessments will be conducted.  Everything done with CTB bodywork is simultaneously assessment and treatment, and is very efficient. Instruction in self treatment will be given so you can continue to improve post session and a plan made for future coaching/treatment sessions if necessary.

$400.00 USD

CTB In-Person Session 90min.

In-Person Student Mentoring - 90 minutes

This is a 1-on-1 mentoring session for CTB students in treatment techniques, treatment design, functional anatomy, trigger point physiology, CTB protocols etc.
